Partners & Levit Acquires SmoothNet 

NEW YORK—Partners & Levit Inc. has acquired SmoothNet Inc., a customer-centric Internet provider based in Phoenix. SmoothNet will provide Partners & Levit with enhanced capabilities for its clients’ web and e-commerce initiatives as well as deliver additional revenue streams.
